Our Front Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Rooms are available to check-in from 2pm and check out is 12pm.

No, the law within the UK prevents smoking within all hotel rooms.

We do not have a cash machine, the nearest cash machine is located on Wakefield Road at the Shell garage or at Tesco and Sainsbury's Supermarkets.
Do you have a Swimming Pool?
Yes, Our You Fit Health club has a fully equipped gym, Swimming pool, Sauna, Steam room and Hot tub and the facilities are available for use to all guest who are resident within the hotel.

Locate one mile away in Brighouse town centre, 20 minutes walk, there is a Lidl, Tesco and Sainsbury's Supermarket.
Where is the nearest Pharmacy?
Located within Brighouse Town Centre at Boots, Tesco or Rowland's.

Bookings and our Rooms
Can I turn up at the hotel without a booking?
We would always advise you to make an advanced reservation to guarantee a room is available at the hotel however we do accept bookings made at the desk on the day and photo ID must be provided.
Do you have accessible room types?
We have one double and one twin standard accessible room with ensuite bathroom with bath and handrails as well as an emergency pull cord.
I have no disability. Can I still book a Wheelchair accessible room?
Yes, however, we would always advise selecting an alternative room type where available to leave these facilities available for those who require this room type.
What is a family room?
Our Family Rooms contain two double beds and are suitable and priced for two adults and two children.
